Hunter Gear in 4.3 Caverns of Time Heroic Dungeons
While everyone will have their eyes on Dragon Soul, Raid Finder, and their shiny gear drops, hunters should not forget that upgrades are also available from the new Caverns of Time heroic dungeons for those who were not able to obtain 378 item level gear from Firelands.

- [Breastplate of the Queen's Guard], 378 ilvl mail chest. (Queen Azshara)
- [Thornwood Staff], 378 ilvl staff. (Mannoroth and Varo’then)
- [Legguards of the Legion], 378 ilvl mail pants. (Mannoroth and Varo’then)
- [Mannoroth's Signet], 378 ilvl ring. (Mannoroth and Varo’then)
- [Alurmi's Ring], 378 ilvl ring. (Quest reward)
- [Legion Bindings], 378 ilvl mail bracers. (Zone drop)

While these are the dungeon drops, there’s also these two Leatherworking pieces. Sure, this is not entirely on topic for the post, but frankly, I’m hoping this comment gets approved so that I can find these two again easily when looking at all of the ones above!

Another LW drop I’ll be foaming at the mouth to get- those bracers, wow. Never saw the Hunter boots pattern drop in FL but I am hopeful to nab this bad boy quickly and start getting some Essences!

Just got the Arrow of time trinket and the mail chest last night on my first run at these! Ran all three back to back with my brother and a friend. Good times.. Well of Eternity is just an awesome place!!

Between my hunter and my rogue, I have seen the Arrow of Time drop three times. One time, the feral tank won, against my rogue, second time my rogue won it. Third time, I was on my hunter, and the pally tank needed on it and won the roll 100-99, getting the acheivement and the ire of the entire group. First of all, the tank rolled on a dps trinket, which unless it is a druid, is a major no-no. Second, I was the only class that could benefit from the trinket, the other classes being a mage, warrior, and a pally healer. Third, I was doing 8-10k more dps than anyone else the entire dungeon. I think I earned it. I haven’t seen that trinket drop since. That was probably 25 dungeons ago.
